Mission Creek OPCP, LLC for DMCVU No. 56. in Cotton Valley form of Dorcheat Macedonia Fld. Drilled to TD: 8,715 ft., 6,568-8,692 ft. OA of Sec. 14-18S-22W. Workover done Jan. 11.
