Alicia Keys' holistic beauty brand is expanding its portfolio with a new product that reminds us to treat our skin, and our souls, with kindness.
Today, Keys Soulcare — launched by the 42-year-old Grammy winner in 2020 — released its overnight Deeply Replenishing Squalane Facial Oil ($35), a nourishing, plumping and skin-replenishing must-have for anyone with oily and acne-prone skin.
Its fragrance-free and cruelty-free formula is packed with a blend of vegan ingredients, such as squalane (it hydrates and helps reduce inflammation), plus pomegranate seed oil and prickly pear seed oil, both antioxidants, that promise to boost the skin’s barrier so it's strong but also soft and glowing.
Plus, it's non-comedogenic, meaning the blend is intentionally created so that it doesn’t clog the pores, making this a win-win-win product for oily and acne-prone skin.
Like all of Keys Soulcare’s launches, the oil comes in sleek packaging etched with an affirmation: “I am good to myself."
“There is Radical change possible with self-love,” Keys shares in a press release. “Soulcare is giving yourself time for yourself.”
There’s another milestone for the brand to celebrate.
On Jan. 17, Keys Soulcare is expanding its community and marketplace to Amazon.com, where the musician and mom of two will host an Amazon Live debuting her latest skincare innovation.
During a “Get Ready with Soul” segment, starting at 3:30PM PT /6:30PM ET, Keys will walk through her getting-ready process while chatting with special guests, board-certified dermatologist Dr. RenĂ©e Snyder (who partnered with Keys on her beauty company) and her longtime makeup artist, Ayako Yoshimura.
The new digital storefront will also house a personalization feature intended to guide shoppers in finding a customized ritual based on their skin type and favorite affirmations.
“When we create the space to honor ourselves, through a connection between skin and soul, we can unlock a whole new side of ourselves and celebrate the strength and beauty that is already inside each of us,” Keys shares. “And now with Amazon Premium Beauty we are expanding that space to welcome a whole new community that I am overjoyed to have join us on this very special journey.”

As Keys Soulcare continues to expand its portfolio, its founder only hope is to empower others to create a self-care rooted in intentionality.
“Growing up, I had issues with my skin. So I always wanted to create something that would fix that and be good for all the other people that have issues too,” Keys previously shared with PEOPLE.
“But little did I know that so much of what we consider beautiful comes from how we feel on the inside. And that is something that I've learned and now honor so much. We're always so focused on the outer just because it's a very physical world. But how does one actually find their way to their soul and to caring for their soul? And that's what led me to this idea of soulcare."
